A little bit about us

My City Refurb is a London-based company specialising in home renovations, extensions, and loft conversions.

We are a friendly, reliable, and committed company, with over a decade’s worth of experience in the building industry. 

We handle both large and small projects with equal care and enthusiasm, with a keen eye for detail. 

Our experience enables us to keep costs down, ensuring good value for our customers. 

Our work is NICEIC and Gas Safe Registered. 

We have an architect, and structural engineer which we work alongside, who as part of their service offer to take the project through planning and building control, however, we are equally as happy to liaise with your own building control, architects, and structural engineers once you have instructed them.

Communication is key, so we encourage you to ask as many questions as you need through all stages of the project.

We understand that undertaking and financing major works on your home can be a stressful time. So to try and make things a little less stressful, our payment schedule is spread weekly over the length of the project and we don’t take any payment upfront.

Our aftercare is second to none. We have a three-month snagging period during which time our clients hold onto 5% of the value of the project.
